  • All online bookings require a 100% full pre-payment
  • You can reschedule an appointment with 24 hours notice without financial penalty.
  • Late changes or cancellations within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund
  • If you have a respiratory illness, DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC. Please text Olivia (m: 0407 959 746) to reschedule.

To see all available sessions / time slots:

- First check for your preferred session duration (eg. 1 hour)
- If that is not available on a date/time that suits you, then check for the other/alternate session duration (eg. 45 minutes)

45 minute sessions - 11.15 am, 2.00 pm, 2.45 pm, 3.30 pm, 4.15pm
1 hour sessions - 9.15 am, 10.15 am, 1.00 pm

Wednesday
45 minute sessions - 7.30 am, 8.15 am, 9.00 am, 9:45 am, 10.30 am, 11.15am

Thursday
45 minute sessions - 11.15am
1 hour sessions - 9.15 am, 10.15 am, 1.00 pm, 2.00 pm, 3.00 pm, 4.00 pm

30 Minute Herbal Medicine Only Consults - please text Olivia for an appointment (m: 0407959746)

For a 90 minute session, book two consecutive 45 minute sessions
Tuesdays: 2.00pm + 2.45pm / 3.30pm + 4.15pm
Wednesdays: 7.30am + 8.15am / 8.15am + 9:00am / 9.00am + 9:45am / 10.30am + 11.15am

Important - Checking Availablity
If you select a 45 minute session, only the available 45 minute appointments will be shown.
If there are no 45 minute appointments available that suit you, please also check the 1 hour sessions/appointments (and vice versa).

Waitlist Availablity
Join the waitlist for both 45 minute  and 1 hour sessions to be notified of all availability (for your preferred dates/times).

Changing / Cancelling Bookings:
Login to your Square Appointments account to make appointment changes (with at least 24 hours notice).
